Olympic Flame reached summit of Mt Everest!!!

BEIJING (AFP) - - Chinese climbers carrying the Olympic flame reached the summit of Mount Everest on Thursday, state television showed, in an historic moment for China exactly three months ahead of the Beijing Games.

Tibetan female climber Cireng Wangmu reached the summit shortly after 9.00 am (0100 GMT) with a special high-altitude torch, with the event broadcast on national television.
